• AANDC lead on the Ipperwash land claim negotiations - a multi-party negotiation team mandated to negotiate the draft Final Settlement Agreement to seek resolution of this complex historic land claim
  
• Coordinated with the First Nation partner, the development of a technical skills development program to support environmental remediation and specialized Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO), habitat management and related training

Nunavut Regional Office / Nunavut Secretariat

• Co-managed a $40M Inuit labour force development program to develop a representative Inuit workforce to meet the Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) implementation objectives
  
• Community consultation to support national and territorial policy and program development
  
• Facilitated interdepartmental strategic policy and investment planning activities for the Nunavut Federal Council
  
• Negotiated over 30 service and funding contracts with partner organizations for the delivery of professional training and skills development programs
