Whether your community is seeking to develop a comprehensive community plan, lands management plan, departmental strategic program and services plans and action plans, or need assistance to establish financial/governance structures and meet government or funder reporting requirements for compliance, we can assist.
Our firm is also an approved supplier to First Nations communities seeking support through the First Nations Market Housing Fund (FNMHF) for governance, community capacity development and financial planning services.
Our firm is pleased to have completed the Umingmak Child & Youth Support Centre (UCYPC) Nunavut Feasibility Study for the Arctic Children and Youth Foundation and interagency Advisory Committee.

Ilinniapaa means, "Hey! I'm learning!" in Inuktitut, so within the spirit of lifelong adult learning, we enjoy working with organizations to design customized learning sessions for staff on governance, public administration and health and social service activities.

Our firm brings together experiential knowledge to provide peer support to survivors of human trafficking to inform effective victim services, case management and the design and delivery of rehabilitative interventions for victims of crime.
In partnership with VoiceFound, our team is available to assist first responders and frontline workers in the assessment and support of survivors of human trafficking. If you suspect that you are victim of exploitation, please refer to the list of key responders.
Through our training division, we can deliver customized training on the red flags and advanced support recommendations for organizations, as well as public presentations to youth, parents, community groups and teams on a fee-for-service basis.
